I’m a Principal Product Designer and UX Architect who works across enterprise platforms, healthcare, financial services, government systems, responsive websites and mobile applications.

My work connects discovery, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility and design systems. I explain scenarios with stakeholders, refine flows through feedback, and walk developers through the final behaviour before handover.

I also use AI-assisted workflows to explore website and app concepts, map user journeys, and synthesise research, business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
